Hello everyone.
It would mean a lot if you guys can help me spread the word and keep her and her family in your prayers. She is the sister of one of my friends and lion dancers from FEDs. I cannot begin describe the type of bonds they have and how much they mean to each other, or even….how much they rely on each other…please pray.
The more eyes and prayers we have out there, the more hope.

This past week was so overwhelming emotionally, physically, and mentally. It drained so much out of our family, especially my mom. We were able to remember and celebrate the life of Sally Deguzman though.. a strong individual with such tenacity during her prolonged time of sickness and a very admirable faith in God. With all the pain and suffering that Grandma experienced that I and many of her grandkids have seen in Dialysis, in the hospital and at home, she could’ve given up very easily. But she fought through it, to allow us to feel her life longer and be involved with our lives. She was able to see all of her grandchildren grow from the oldest to the youngest. At the burial, we all felt a sense of closure and a presence of grace that surrounded all of us. Even though this past week was difficult from the preparation to the mourning of it all, we knew that we have laid her to rest peacefully and happily. I could feel her smiling at us, in the beaming sunshine, with the the warm weather and the beautiful view overlooking San Francisco. Now she could eat whatever she wants and walk again wherever she wants.. We all love you grandma – tintin, kaikai, caloy, igi, ryan, kevin, kyle, sean, sarah and myself katkat. Guide over and protect all of your grandsons and granddaughters. You will be missed.
